FTC Closes Case Against Pepsi Over Alleged Price Discrimination

– The U.S. Federal Trade Commission on Thursday dismissed its lawsuit against PepsiCo, which had alleged price discrimination favoring Walmart. The commission also took aim at former Chair Lina Khan, criticizing her for hastening the case.

The legal case initiated in New York alleged that the beverage company breached the Robinson-Patman Act.
