HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Hawaiian Airlines implemented their new “no-show” policy effective Thursday.
If a passenger fails to boarded their scheduled flight, the airline will invalidate their entire booking, which includes connecting flights and return trips.
The funds or miles used cannot be reimbursed or applied as credit for a subsequent trip.
Hawaiian advises that if you wish for the value of your ticket to be applied to your account, inform the airline as soon as possible if you anticipate missing your flight.
