The sex trafficking trial revealed that the music producer invaded his residence and torched his sports vehicle.

Mescudi—who in 2011 was dating

Cassie Ventura

, Diddy’s long-term partner of more than ten years — testified on Thursday to reveal these startling accusations.

His statement was made a week following

Ventura stated that Diddy assaulted her following his discovery of her involvement with Mescudi.

Diddy is facing

sex trafficking

Transportation for engaging in prostitution, along with charges related to racketeering conspiracy were brought against him. In September 2024, he was taken into custody when federal authorities claimed that he had intimidated, mistreated, and forced individuals “to satisfy his own sexual urges” from 2004 through 2024. Denying all allegations of misconduct, the 55-year-old music executive entered a plea of not guilty.

This is what Mescudi along with other eyewitnesses have shared regarding the rapper’s interactions with Diddy up until now:

Diddy

charged with damaging Kid Cudi’s vehicle by explosion

On Thursday, Mescudi testified that he thinks Diddy was “involved somehow” with his car being firebombed.

The man informed the jury that on January 9, 2012, he received a call from his pet sitter alerting him that his Porsche parked in his driveway had caught fire. Upon arriving at his home, he discovered remnants of a Molotov cocktail lying close to his vehicle, ashes scattered across the red leather driver’s seat, and smoke stains covering the driver’s side window. He considered this incident intentional and stated before the court that his car was beyond repair due to the damage.

He scheduled a meeting with Diddy at Soho House for the following day since “I was aware he was involved,” Mescudi stated during his testimony.

During the gathering, he remembered Diddy “gazing out the window with his hands clasped behind his back as though he were a villain from a Marvel movie.” They both eventually understood that they had been duped by Ventura, who was simultaneously involved romantically with each of them. As their discussion concluded and they exchanged handshakes, Mescudi inquired, “So what’s happening with my car?”

“I have no idea what you’re referring to,” Diddy said, as per Mescudi, who thought “he was not being honest,” he stated during his testimony.

Even though fingerprints and DNA evidence were collected at the location, nobody has faced charges or arrest related to this event, Mescudi further noted.

The previous week, Ventura stated under oath that Diddy mentioned he would detonate Mescudi’s vehicle: “Sean intended for Scott’s acquaintances to witness Scott’s car exploding.”

Mescudi claims Diddy invaded his house.

The rapper recounted giving testimony regarding receiving a 6 a.m. phone call in December 2011 from a “distressed” Ventura. According to Mescudi’s account, Ventura mentioned that Diddy had discovered information about them. The actor expressed concern that Diddy might visit Mescudi’s residence since he had requested and received the address from Ventura, as remembered by the rapper.

Mescudi subsequently took Ventura to the Sunset Marquesa, a hotel located in West Hollywood, aiming to ensure her safety and distance from him. It was during this time that he got a phone call from Capricorn Clarke, who at that point served as an assistant to Diddy, seated inside a vehicle stationed outside of Mescudi’s residence. In a voice close to breaking with emotion, Clarke mentioned that Combs along with another individual had “physically coerced” her into their car.

While driving to see his place, he contacted Diddy and exclaimed, “Man, are you in my house?” He remembered Diddy replying, “I need to discuss something with you.”

Upon arrival, nobody seemed to be around—but certain items had been rearranged. The security camera that should have monitored his entrance now faced another direction, his dog was confined to the bathroom, and the Christmas presents meant for his relatives showed signs of having been tampered with. He promptly informed the authorities about the intrusion.

A few years afterward, Diddy and Mescudi reunited at Soho House. There, as the musician recounted during testimony, Diddy offered an apology for all the past issues: “Once I received his apology, I felt at ease about the situation. It was not something I anticipated getting.”

Ventura claims Diddy threatened her due to her relationship with Mescudi.

In 2011, Mescudi and Ventura began dating, even though she was simultaneously seeing Diddy. According to Mescudi, he remained oblivious to the fact that Ventura was still entangled with Diddy during their relationship.

Ventura stated that Diddy found out about their relationship when he came across emails between her and Mescudi’s team on her phone during an incident he called a “freak-off.” According to her testimony, Diddy subsequently attacked her with a wine bottle opener.

When Ventura returned home for Christmas that year, her family captured images of injuries she claims were caused by Diddy following her visit with him to discuss Mescudi.

Ventura stated that she utilized a disposable mobile device to communicate with Mescudi as it was “too risky” for Diddy to discover their conversations.

Diddy supposedly blackmailed Ventura out of rage due to Mescudi.

Regina Ventura, who is Ventura’s mother, took the stand on Tuesday and stated that Diddy became furious upon learning about her relationship with Mescudi.

Regina mentioned that Diddy demanded $20,000 to cover the expenses he incurred with Ventura and warned that he would leak explicit videos of her if she refused to pay. Fearing for her daughter’s safety, Regina decided to take out a home equity loan to settle the amount.

Regina mentioned that the funds were deposited back into her bank account a few days afterward.

Diddy apologizes “for everything”

Mescudi remembered bumping into Diddy once more at Soho House years after his vehicle was torched.

Over there, Diddy “apologized for everything,” according to Mescudi’s testimony.

“I received an apology and after that, I felt at peace about it,” he stated in court. “It was the last thing I ever expected to receive.”
